Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate HR initiatives such as performance reviews, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
