Responsibility
- Lead and manage the HR, Payroll, and Tax functions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Develop and implement Training & Development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER), including dispute resolution and labor negotiations.
- Manage General Affairs, Facilities, and Infrastructure, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.
- Supervise IT operations and digital transformation initiatives to support business needs.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across all operations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to corporate governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, payroll processing, and tax regulations.
- Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Experience managing General Affairs, Facilities, IT, and EHS functions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
