Responsibility
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and address any issues affecting morale or productivity.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address workplace conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee retention, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven ability to mediate conflicts and foster positive relationships among employees.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
