Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement, for mid-to-senior-level roles across diverse industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored talent solutions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process to secure top talent for clients.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, conversion rates) to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the team to refine recruitment strategies and improve client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market salary benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (e.g., placements, revenue targets, client retention).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting while maintaining productivity.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced team.
