Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff and interns.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
  • Conduct initial HR research to support policy development and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Passion for education, talent development, or HR practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
