Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff and interns.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
- Conduct initial HR research to support policy development and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Passion for education, talent development, or HR practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
