Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Manage HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance.
- Administer benefits, leave, and attendance tracking using HRIS or payroll software.
- Ensure tax and social security contributions are calculated and submitted correctly.
- Prepare and distribute pay slips, employment contracts, and HR reports for management review.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies with professionalism.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support HR process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS/payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and BPJS compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) for payroll and reporting.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
