Responsibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Engineering, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, tailored to different learning styles.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training sessions to enhance practical skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all training initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives and operational needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Engineering and Supply Chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Trainer, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Logistics sectors.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging training content using various tools (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS, multimedia).
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and engineering concepts is a plus.
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) or related fields is advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to other company sites for training sessions.
