Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, ensuring a high-quality talent pool.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media, and networking events to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as a top employer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technical roles being a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of technical roles and terminologies is advantageous.
