Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements.
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Oversee general affairs tasks, including office supplies, vendor management, and facility coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Organize training programs and professional development initiatives for staff.
- Assist in performance management, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS software; familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in a multicultural or international work environment is advantageous.
