Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals, focusing on attrition reduction and employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead attrition management programs, analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and implementing retention strategies.
- Design and deliver HR analytics reports using advanced Excel skills to track KPIs, measure HR effectiveness, and support decision-making.
- Partner with business units to assess HR needs, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to optimize hiring strategies and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities and employee performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Proven expertise in attrition management, HR analytics, and business partnering with a track record of measurable results.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements in the Philippines/Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a day shift schedule while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a multicultural or remote team environment is highly desirable.
