Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various roles across the organization.
- Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
- Drive HR administrative processes, including record-keeping, reporting, and HRIS management to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and create succession plans for key roles.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership for continuous improvement in HR practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in talent management, recruitment, learning and development, and HR policy compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in multi-cultural or international work environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with remote or hybrid work models is a plus.
