Responsibility

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and maintain candidate communication.
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications against role criteria.
  • Prepare and distribute job postings across multiple platforms to attract diverse talent.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a bonus.
  • Availability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months.
