Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions across various departments.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
