Responsibility

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions across various departments.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
