Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screening processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices in Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
