Reporting directly to the APAC CHRO and matrix-reporting to global HR leaders, you will spearhead the digital transformation of HR functions, leveraging cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibility

  • Lead the APAC HR Technology roadmap, aligning digital initiatives with global and regional business objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and cloud-based HR solutions to streamline processes and enhance employee engagement.
  • Oversee HR data governance, analytics, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business Units to integrate HR systems with enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging HR tech trends to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team of HR tech and data specialists across the APAC region.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and internal security policies.
  • Champion change management initiatives to foster a digital-first HR culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related fields.
  • 12+ years of experience in HR Technology, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of implementing HRIS, ERP, or cloud-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong expertise in HR data analytics, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and predictive modeling.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed, multinational environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
  • Certifications in HR tech (e.g., HRCI, SHRM-Tech) or project management (PMP, Agile) are a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese or other APAC languages is advantageous.
