Responsibility
- Lead the APAC HR Technology roadmap, aligning digital initiatives with global and regional business objectives.
- Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and cloud-based HR solutions to streamline processes and enhance employee engagement.
- Oversee HR data governance, analytics, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business Units to integrate HR systems with enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging HR tech trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of HR tech and data specialists across the APAC region.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and internal security policies.
- Champion change management initiatives to foster a digital-first HR culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related fields.
- 12+ years of experience in HR Technology, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of implementing HRIS, ERP, or cloud-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong expertise in HR data analytics, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and predictive modeling.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed, multinational environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
- Certifications in HR tech (e.g., HRCI, SHRM-Tech) or project management (PMP, Agile) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese or other APAC languages is advantageous.
