As a US Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to identify, engage, and onboard exceptional candidates. Your mission will be to streamline the hiring process, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to the growth of our clients’ businesses. Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job openings in the US market.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and metrics.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in US recruitment.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in US recruitment, preferably in a remote or international setting.
- Strong understanding of US labor laws, hiring practices, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
- Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methods.
