Responsibility
- Process and administer employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and allowances, with precision and timeliness.
- Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, collaborating closely with the finance and HR teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional support to employees by addressing inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure all processes adhere to legal requirements.
- Maintain confidential and organized records of all compensation and benefits transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or payroll processing.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
