Responsibility
- Manage and resolve labor relations issues, ensuring compliance with local and national labor laws.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary matters, providing fair and unbiased resolutions.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce challenges and improve employee engagement.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and compliance awareness.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote open communication and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, or HR Administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on fair and ethical practices.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
