Note: This role is open to both local and expatriate candidates with the right to work in Indonesia.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and local labor regulations.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including payroll and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve HR processes and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
