Responsibility

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing coordination.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top digital marketing talent.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles and company culture.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Extend and negotiate job offers, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in digital marketing or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing roles and industry trends is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
