Responsibility

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation packages, benefits programs, and performance-based incentives.
  • HR Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and career growth.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyze staffing needs and collaborate with department heads to optimize workforce allocation.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, providing feedback and coaching to managers and employees.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze HR KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, hiring efficiency) to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management, preferably in retail, hospitality, or large-scale organizations.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and best practices in HR compliance.
  • Communication Excellence: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ATS is a advantage.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills to address complex HR challenges.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment and promote inclusivity.
