Responsibility
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities.
- Technical Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidatesâ technical skills, cultural fit, and career motivations.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for hard-to-fill roles (e.g., full-stack developers, AI/ML engineers).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and align on candidate expectations.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage offer discussions, ensuring competitive compensation packages and smooth onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging tech skills to advise clients strategically.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and generate recruitment reports.
- Employer Branding: Promote TechLinkâs reputation as a top-tier tech recruiter through thought leadership and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 2+ years in technical recruitment, preferably in IT, software development, or engineering sectors.
- Tech Savviness: Ability to understand and discuss technical roles (e.g., backend/frontend, cloud, cybersecurity) with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English; persuasive and candidate-centric approach.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with ATS platforms, Boolean search, and data-driven sourcing techniques.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets and reducing time-to-fill.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with a global client base.
- Networking: Strong existing network in the tech community or ability to build one quickly.
- Bachelorâs Degree: In HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
