As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition and optimization of our HR systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, configure, and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization.

Responsibility
- Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows and user guides.
- Conduct data migration and integration activities between HRIS and other enterprise systems.
- Train end-users and HR staff on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst, with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
