Are you an experienced HRIS Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors? Trust Recruit is seeking a skilled professional to join our team on an 8-month contract basis. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to a critical HRIS migration project in a dynamic environment.

As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition and optimization of our HR systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, configure, and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization.

Responsibility

  • Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows and user guides.
  • Conduct data migration and integration activities between HRIS and other enterprise systems.
  • Train end-users and HR staff on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst, with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
