Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for local and international hires.
  • Manage payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Oversee work pass applications and renewals for expatriate employees, liaising with government agencies as needed.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on recruitment and payroll.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred) for communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and work pass regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll software; familiarity with local systems is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable.
