Responsibility

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to enhance workplace policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations in all employee relations matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist roles, or BPO environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and mediation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or employee management software.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
