Responsibility
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
- Conduct regular check-ins and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.
- Collaborate with HR and management to enhance workplace policies and procedures.
- Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to foster a positive culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations in all employee relations matters.
- Provide coaching and conflict resolution support to managers and staff.
- Analyze trends in employee feedback and propose data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist roles, or BPO environments.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in conflict resolution and mediation is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS or employee management software.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
