Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding for construction-related roles.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Process payroll, benefits administration, and leave management with precision and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the construction industry’s unique needs.
- Coordinate employee training programs and performance appraisals to enhance workforce productivity.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures, with professionalism.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making by management.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR administrative experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology and workflows is a plus.
