Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for early professional roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage top talent.
  • Conduct screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit, skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize Japanese language proficiency to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders in Japan.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) to optimize processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for talent development.
