Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for healthcare roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines, prioritizing roles based on urgency and business impact while maintaining a candidate-centric approach.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesā qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is advantageous.
