Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing team members.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback.
- Assist in employee relations initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, surveys, and wellness programs.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and metrics for management review, including turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee engagement data.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including leave management, contracts, and benefits administration.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling inquiries, preparing correspondence, and managing HR-related communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or generalist HR functions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling confidential information and data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
