Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and performance support tools focused on AML compliance.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to identify training needs and translate regulatory requirements into effective learning solutions.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create scalable and measurable training programs.
- Leverage authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to produce interactive and multimedia-rich content.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and analytics.
- Ensure all training materials align with Western Union's brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve training content.
- Partner with global stakeholders to localize training materials for diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPLP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in financial services or compliance.
- Strong understanding of AML regulations and financial crime prevention.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and analytics tools.
