Responsibility
- Lead and supervise HR operations across multiple F&B locations in Bali, ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor laws.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, from sourcing and interviewing to training and retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the F&B industry, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to managers and staff to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks in collaboration with the finance team.
- Organize training and development programs to upskill employees and align their growth with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff, addressing concerns and promoting open communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing HR functions in a multi-location setting.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the F&B industry.
