Responsibility

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Coordinate general affairs tasks, such as office supply management, facility maintenance, and vendor relations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation to enhance workplace efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or general affairs (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
