As an HR Assistant, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, while also supporting various HR functions to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing and conducting new hire orientations and training sessions.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and policy updates.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment and employment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and culturally diverse setting.
