Responsibility

  • Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates for client vacancies across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct headhunting and proactive candidate outreach to identify passive talent for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client brief to candidate placement and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Trust Recruit’s client base in Bali and beyond.
  • Collaborate with team members to share market insights, best practices, and candidate pipelines.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for placements, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • No prior recruitment experience required—full training provided.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for building relationships and achieving targets.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Basic understanding of business development, client management, or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas.
