Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess fit and potential.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
