Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to offer negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets with uncapped commission incentives.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and recruitment databases.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles or recruitment is a plus.
