Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end management of fellowship and scholarship programs, including budgeting, funding allocation, and financial tracking.
- Lead the selection process for scholarship and fellowship candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and criteria.
- Manage claims processing for program participants, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursements.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute annual awards ceremonies, including venue selection, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement talent development strategies to enhance program effectiveness and participant success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent development initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, partners, and program beneficiaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent development, HR, or program management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Proven track record in managing scholarship, fellowship, or similar talent programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and claims processing.
- Familiarity with event planning and execution, particularly for large-scale ceremonies or corporate events.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, or talent management software is highly desirable.
