job description
Join The Table Group Inc. as a Recruitment Officer and become a key player in shaping our dynamic workforce in the heart of Bali. We are a people-first organization where employees feel heard, valued, and seen—and we’re looking for a passionate talent acquisition specialist to help us grow our team with the same care and dedication.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and leverage innovative strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber professionals. Based in Bali’s vibrant communities—whether Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar—you’ll thrive in a culture that prioritizes work-life balance, creativity, and professional growth.
If you’re a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter with a knack for identifying potential and fostering connections, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
