Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
  • Coordinate office operations, including facility management, vendor relations, and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in the workplace.
  • Organize company events, training programs, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs, preferably in a corporate or service-oriented industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
