Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through advanced search techniques, Boolean logic, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and streamline the interview process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate interactions, manage data, and generate insightful reports.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent pools.
- Enhance candidate experience by providing timely, personalized communication and feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Partner with HR and marketing teams to promote employer branding initiatives and attract top talent.
- Measure and optimize sourcing performance using KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a high-volume or international setting.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle sourcing, including direct sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray searching, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a results-oriented mindset.
