Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage high-quality candidates for client roles.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring demands to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database for efficient matching and future opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates) to optimize processes.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to meet team targets and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to engage candidates and clients professionally.
- Sales or Recruitment Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is a plus but not requiredâfull training provided.
- Result-Oriented Mindset: A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in previous roles.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is advantageous.
- Networking Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and adapt strategies to overcome recruitment challenges.
- Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
