Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for multiple locations
- Administer performance management systems, conduct regular evaluations, and implement development plans
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast-growing companies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven experience with recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- PHR/SPHR or other HR certifications would be an advantage
