Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation and administration of the company’s new Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth onboarding and user adoption.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and onboarding materials.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify learning needs and recommend solutions to enhance employee development.
- Monitor and analyze training metrics (e.g., completion rates, feedback scores) to assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining HR documentation, including training manuals, SOPs, and compliance records.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, emerging L&D trends, and innovative tools to support continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, performance management, and talent development programs.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Learning & Development, HR technology, or talent management, with a desire to explore HR innovation.
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new digital tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
