Responsibility
- Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Administer employee relations, performance management, and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, providing guidance on HR best practices.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
