Responsibility
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Manage the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance schedules, driver assignments, and usage logs.
- Develop and monitor budgets for general affairs activities, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
- Implement and enforce company policies related to facility usage, safety, and security.
- Prepare regular reports on operational activities, expenses, and resource utilization.
- Liaise with other departments to address their logistical and administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards in all general affairs activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, facility management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
