Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment Leadership: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and niche tech roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Candidate Experience Excellence: Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate journey, from initial contact to post-hire follow-up, to enhance employer branding.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to provide data-driven recruitment recommendations.
- Employer Branding: Promote GM Recruitment and client brands through compelling job postings, social media, and networking events to attract passive talent.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and demonstrate ROI.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years specializing in tech or data centre recruitment.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, data centre operations, or related tech domains.
- Full-Cycle Expertise: Hands-on experience managing high-volume, complex hires for mid-to-senior-level positions.
- Networking Prowess: Strong existing network of tech professionals and a track record of building relationships with passive candidates.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to candidates and clients.
