Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within Dunkin’ Donuts.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent acquisition activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports using HR systems and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the retail or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
