Responsibility
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using advanced search techniques, Boolean queries, and niche platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define role requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate fit, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies.
- Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment workflows, leverage ATS tools, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and present key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to stakeholders.
- Employer Branding: Promote Sutherlandâs employer value proposition to attract top talent through targeted outreach and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR, with a focus on specialized or high-volume hiring.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray searching, and other advanced sourcing tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in recruiting for niche sectors (e.g., IT, healthcare, BPO, executive roles) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven decision-making skills to assess sourcing effectiveness and ROI.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), CRM tools, and recruitment automation.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
- Degree/ Certification: Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business, or related field; certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are advantageous.
