Responsibility
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company goals and local labor laws.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees to drive productivity and engagement.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Experience in the logistics, courier, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
