Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all compensation and payroll activities.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including tax deductions and benefits administration.
- Develop and maintain HR policies related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to align compensation strategies with business goals.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement through competitive benefits and rewards programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the gaming or tech industry is a plus.
